Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Martin Jäth Halfingerstraße 33 81825 Munich, Germany, info@nextserves.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments for the purchased products that we have received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Please note: Since we cover shipping costs for orders over €75, in the event of a withdrawal, we will only refund the purchase price of the goods. There will be no refund for delivery costs, unless the goods were faulty.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Martin Jäth, Halfingerstraße 33 81825 München, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

As a young company just starting out, we are unfortunately not yet able to cover the direct costs of return shipping for you. However, we are working hard to make this service available to you soon.

Please note: You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender will assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for that.
