We offer standard premium shipping within the EU. Our shipping partners are DHL, UPS, and Hermes. International shipping is available upon request.

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €75.

Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days within Germany.

Shipment tracking information will be automatically provided via email upon dispatch.

6. Undeliverable items

Should a shipment be returned due to incorrect address information or non-acceptance, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement shipping costs.
