Play first, decide later
You book a test racket here in the shop, play it for two weeks and send it back. The deposit is refunded in full.

You leave the deposit when you order and get all of it back once the racket is with us again – usually two to three working days after you send it. What stays with you is the rental fee and about €6 in return postage. There's no more risk in it than that.
How it works

Pick a day and book
On the product page you choose the day you want to start. Three working days from now at the earliest, that is what shipping takes. We calculate the end date.

Play it for up to two weeks
Fourteen days from the start date you picked – that's the limit, not a requirement. If you know sooner whether the racket suits you, just send it back earlier. Your deposit comes back sooner too.

Send it back
Pack the racket, take it to the post office. Return postage is on you – around €6 with DHL. We don't include a return label, because we can't start the return from our end. As soon as the racket reaches us, we refund the deposit.
The rules
If something breaks
We only keep the deposit for deliberate damage or if the racket does not come back.
Buying is separate
Test rackets stay in our pool. If one convinces you, order a new one in the shop.
Fourteen days is the maximum
Longer isn't possible, shorter is fine any time. No subscription, no automatic renewal – after fourteen days we expect the racket back.
